You will also receive confirmation of your Paypal payment via the email you used to sign up for membership of this site. Please then forward a copy to us at email@example.com (insert the words “NEW ACCOUNT” in the subject line) so we can then get you access to our system.
(1) Do You Need Help With Your Set Up Phase
Please note that our heavily discounted rate assumes that either you or your staff will log onto our system, follow the training, and then set up your own business profile. This heavily discounted rate also assumes that your various local Directories, Google Maps page and YouTube channel are complete and “ready to go”.
In the event that you require help with the system set up, and/or in the event that your local Directory entries are likely to be inaccurate or even incomplete, we are happy to provide additional basic set up services for an additional one off charge of £197.00 plus VAT.

(ii) Ongoing Monthly Work
Again, this falls to your staff. Full details are contained within the training videos once you have your log in details to the Reputation Site itself.
It is important to note that:
1. This local/regional feedback/review service is only available to UK based businesses which must have a specific and verifiable name, address and phone number (NAP), two of which must be unique to your business, i.e not shared with others. P O & non-unique Mail box locations will not suffice.
2. Our initial contract term of twelve months applies, thereafter monthly amounts are payable as before but with 30 days notice applying. Following the initial 12 month period, 30 days written notice of your impending cancellation should be sent via email to email@example.com. Once your next (and final) payment has been processed, your account will be suspended. Please note that you are responsible for notifying PayPal and/or your credit card company of your intention to stop this service and we strongly suggest that should you decide to do this (after the expiry of the initial 12 month period), that you set up the final payment around the time that you are required to give us 30 days notice via email.
3. VAT is charged at the rate prevailing at the time of each transaction.
